An empathy map is a collaborative tool teams can use to gain a
deeper insight into their customers. Much like a user persona, an empathy map
can represent a group of users, such as a customer segment. The empathy map was
originally created by Dave Gray and has been gaining popularity with the agile
community .

Introdaction To The Recycling Business
Recycling is the process of making or manufacturing new products from a product that has originally served its purpose. If these used products are disposed of in an appropriate, environmentally friendly way, the process of recycling has been set in motion. As result, our business about recycling electronics e-waste and e-scrap. This has three process collections, recycling, and selling. So, the benefit is to get profit from these things and at same time save the environment. so, our business is focusing in all electronics that can be recyclable include PCs parts ,cell phones, vacuum cleaner , TV and etc. our business is the company for you. We are committed to honesty, integrity, quality and excellence in all we do. From providing end of life solutions to re-marketing of used tested working IT assets, we know it all.
First Group meeting
the first group meeting was on 3/7/2013 on the y compus, which was about business idea that we will create. on this meeting the group choose three maine business topics. but finally they all agree on recycling company,that focus on electronic things.
